Our Returns Policy
We offer a risk-free 30-day return window for The Ritual Rug. As The Ritual Rug is unlike a typical yoga mat, it can take some getting used to. If you aren’t in love after 30 days, we’ll issue a full refund.
We offer the same 30-day return window for any other Ma Wovens products. However, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please note that shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.
But first, Let's troubleshoot!
It's not grippy on the ground.
Just a quick reminder: The Ritual Rug has a top and bottom side. The bottom is designed for more traction on the ground. If you're experiencing any slipping, it may be upside down. To ensure proper grip, make sure the Ma label is on the left side while you practice.
My hands are slipping.
If the grip doesn’t feel tacky enough at first, don’t worry—it can take up to 10 uses for the foam to fully break in. The texture of The Ritual Rug is intentionally different from a typical yoga mat and may take a little getting used to.
The materials and construction are designed to support your grip. We recommend actively pressing your fingers into the foam—especially in poses like downward-facing dog—to engage the mat and enhance traction.
A thread has come loose.
Because these mats are handwoven on a loom, new threads are added when one ends. The tension and pattern of the weave keep everything secure—just like in traditional textiles such as wool rugs. While artisans trim loose ends after weaving, an occasional thread may be missed. If you spot one, simply snip it with scissors. Rest assured, doing so won’t cause the rug to unravel.

Pack it up
Pack up your item(s) in the original box or your own secure packaging. Please include the packing slip, if you have it, or write your order number clearly inside and outside of the package.

Await your refund
Your payment method will be refunded within a week of receiving your return, as long as it's in good condition and sent within the returns window. Please note that some banks may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
