Rituals on the Rug with Ayesha Ophelia

Ayesha Ophelia is a rising voice in the spiritual, wellness, and transformational world. Her passion is women, plants, and human potential. She is the creator of a thriving community called The Girlfriend Manifesto where she serves women a daily dose of inspiration, spirituality, adventure, self-love, and sisterhood.

She has shared her story on many podcasts large and small as well as made appearances on Pop Sugar, Hay House radio, a feature on actress Thandie Newton's blog, and written for advocate and television producer Amanda de Cadenet's blog. Her longterm intentions include a healing center homestead, book, and deep dive into the alchemy of entheogenic plants.

Join Ayesha Ophelia for a ritual in letting go and dying to be reborn again.

"Let us for a moment observe the life cycle of a flower. A seed is planted and with time and pressure, it pushes its way above the surface and after a time of water, sunlight, and agitation it again bursts into full bloom with no fear of its inevitable return to seed and back into the cycle of life. Our lives are made up of mini deaths and we haven't been taught how important each of these opportunities is to prepare us to burst into full bloom and to one day eventually release our form and go back to the earth to be once again a part of something bigger.

How we "do life" is how we "do death". And death is important and rich with metaphor and real-life sustenance to move us through each threshold of change and transformation."
